T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ismi ile K\u0131z Kulesi, antik Yunan ve orta\u00e7a\u011f Bizans d\u00f6nemlerinde Leander Kulesi olarak da bilinmektedir ve \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00dcsk\u00fcdar k\u0131yalar\u0131nda olan \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir ada \u00fczerinde bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u0131z Kulesi \u0130stanbul Bo\u011faz\u0131nda bulunan Pers gemilerinin hareketlerini kontrol etmek i\u00e7in M\u00d6 408 tarihinde eski Atina generali Alcibiades taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra kule Bizans\u2019\u0131n antik kentleri ve Chalcedon aras\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kule Bisans \u0130mparatoru Alexius Comneus taraf\u0131ndan MS 1110 y\u0131l\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcp ve restore edilerek kaleye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, Osmanl\u0131 T\u00fcrkleri taraf\u0131ndan da 1509 ve 1763 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok kez restore edilmi\u015ftir. En son restorasyon 1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7elik destekleri 17 A\u011fustos 1999 depreminden sonra bir \u00f6nlem olarak eski kulenin etraf\u0131nda eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca bir deniz feneri olarak kullan\u0131lan kulenin i\u00e7i eski Roma, Bizans ve Osmanl\u0131 ba\u015fkentinin m\u00fckemmel bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcyle, pop\u00fcler bir kafe ve restoran d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. \u00d6zel tekneler g\u00fcnde birka\u00e7 kez kuleye gezi turlar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemektedir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
